What if... You owned a small business?

I like asking questions just as much as answering them. It works out the brain, it's food for thought. It's the kinda stuff could possibly make you learn more about yourself if you take the time to answer yourself earnestly. So today's topic: If you owned a small business, what would it be? Go into as much detail as you’d like. Hypothetical questions can be fun.
My first idea for this would be one of my long-time dreams... A cafe and bakery, with desserts and drinks from different cultures, with open and private rooms for people to mingle and study. The inspiration came from the realization that there aren’t that many comprehensive multi-cultural cafes. You’ll often see cafes with crepes and a select few Chinese teas, or cafes with specific themes like Turkish cafes or the usual Asian hotspot cafes with bread stuff and boba. Of course, there’s Starbucks types cafes too.
What I’d like is some place where people actually sit down to enjoy the drinks and snacks, while having the chance to mingle in a unique environment. Perhaps it’ll have different sized rooms with different themes, kind of like certain karaoke bars. Maybe a nice backyard area with an all-around veranda, surrounding a small pond, flowers, and different kinds of small trees. I’d take pride in the coffees and teas I’d serve, and hire people from different cultures who know about their food or drinks so that they may incorporate those things better than I ever could. As stressful as it sounds, I’m sure I would enjoy it.
My other idea for a small business is more personal. I pride myself as a jack-of-all-trades. Always have, and I’m confident I always will. It seems natural that I’ll be able to provide many types of basic services. Things that I have done as a freelancer are: computer consultation/repair, guitar tutoring, school tutoring (Kindergarten to Uni – math, english, photography, computer science, sociology, psychology), babysitting, and elderly care. Each of those things makes fantastic money as a freelancer, but I’m hindered by a few things. I need clients, and advertising myself isn’t my strong point. Also, I personally hate driving. That limits the clients to people around certain areas, or those willing to drive to me. Thankfully, for things like computer repair, it’s possible to do fixes with remote access.
That’s my answer to this hypothetical question. I wonder what yours is?
